THE LAZY MAKOTI

This young chef has found a niche that’s never been tapped before in South Africa, and she’s taking full advantage of it. Mogau Seshoane is excited about sharing her recipes with young South Africans, many of whom she says are forgetting the dishes taught to them by their grandmothers. She hopes to open her own restaurant sometime soon, and perhaps even expand into the continent. But for now, it’s a culinary passion that drives this dynamic young African.
